Remy Capillus 12-Month Warranty

Not a promise of satisfaction.  Not a promise of being the best.  Not a marketing gimmick.  Just a simple guarantee that our marketing is not hype; that our promises are not empty, and that our Luxury Collection is as amazing in quality and style as we promise them to be.  Simply register your exensions with our warranty program and enjoy a unprecedented 12-month worry free ownership experience.  If your extensions begin to tangle, matte or shed excessively, we will replace them.


Rules

In order for your extensions to be replaced you must contact us at 1.855.676-HAIR or email us at support@remycapillus.com to make a “claim”. We will get back to you within 1 business day to arrange for your extensions to be sent back to us for inspection to ensure tangling, matting and/or excessive shedding (“Product Failures”) are not a result of improper coloring of the hair or heat damage resulting from excessive exposure consistent with improper use of styling tools such as flat irons (“Product Abuse”). After receiving the extensions, we will complete the inspection process within 3-business days.

After the inspection process is complete and if Product Failures are found without the evidence of Product Abuse, we will IMMEDIATELY send out 1-replacement pack of the same Collection, length and texture as the product the claim was submitted for. If for any reason no stock exists of the product the claim is being submitted for, we will offer a similar product or provide the option of waiting till the product in question is back in stock.

The product that is sent to Remy Capillus for replacement is deemed to have no cash value and thus no cash refund will be offered. Each pack of hair in question must be filed as a separate claim, so if two packs were purchased and both were defective, both packs would have to be returned under two separate claims.


REPLACEMENT POLICY

We will offer an exchange for any product exhibiting Product Failures within 360-days of delivery for our Luxury Collection products. We will gladly replace the defective product with no restocking or handling fees if the following applies:

  1. The item the claim is being submitted for that are mailed back to Remy Capillus for replacement are suffering from Product Failures;

  2. Receipt of original purchase of the item the claim is be submitted for is enclosed with the item (either from 1 of our Authorized Distributors or our Online Store at www.remycapillus.com);

  3. The Product in questions has been registered with Remy Capillus by either sending in the warranty card warranty card or by registering online at https://www.remycapillus.com/warranty-registration/

  4. The Product Failures of the Item in questions are not the result of Product Abuse;


REGISTRATION PROCESS

In order to take advantage of our product warranties you must register your product. To register your product either:

You must call or e-mail us before returning all hair extensions for replacement inspection. All unauthorized returns will be discarded.
