Retail Program
Currently, both the RC’s PURE™ and ProLine™ extensions are available for purchase through our Online Retail Shop. Our RC PURE™ extensions are made from 100% pure Virgin Remy Indian Human hair and offer in one natural straight texture (not to be confused with Yaki straight). To maintain their virgin status, they only come in a natural dark shade of brown, (about a 2n on most professional coloring scales) and are not offered in multiple colors, but can be easily colored through the use of professional hair coloring products such as Redken™ and Matrix™. Our Proline™ extensions have been made into one of three textures (without the use of Chemicals) and over 25 colors.
Our longer extensions (22" and longer) are not always available through our retail online shop as high quality long hair is rare, and is taken by many of current distributors. If you don't see a size listed, we are not currently offering it online, but check back often or email our sales team to be notified when the size you want is available.
Availability
If we don't have it in stock, you won't find it in our Online Retail Shop, this includes sizes and colors. If we are sold out of 18" hair, the puldown menu selector for lengths will not show that as an option. We do not offer custom ordering with longer wait times, if we don't have the item in stock, we won't take your money to inform you later that it won't be in for a few weeks.
If a product cannot ship to you within 24hrs, it will not appear on our site, to do otherwise we consider to be unethical. Therefore, if you don't see a size you want, send us an email or call, and we will let you know EXACTLY when we expect the product in, and then notify you again when it has arrived to allow the opportunity to order it at that time if you are still interested.
Colors: currently the only ProLine color we offer through our Online Retail Shop is 1b. All other colors may only be ordered by industry professionals and our netowrk of distributors.
Delivery
All of our orders are shipped within 24 hours, arriving within 3-5 business days of being ordered (depending on your location), but may expedited viaour express shipping options. You will receive confirmation and order tracking information as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.
