Mission Statement
Our mission statement and controlling philosophy is to ETHICALLY provide the highest level of quality in both our products and customer service. What do we mean by ethically?
- Environmentally Conscious: this means, regardless of the cost, we ensure that at our manufacturing facilities do no adversely affect their surrounding environment;
- Fair Labor Practices: means ensuring our team members outside of the U.S. are not subjugated to unfair labor practices just because they are located in a country without U.S. labor laws.;
- Ethical Sourcing: means ensuring that we are sourcing directly from the Indian Temples, and not from the many unethical sources that most of our competitors resort to. DEspite many hair dealers claims, the fact is, as much as 80% or more of the hair sourced from India is sourced from somewhere other than the Temples. The means by which hair is sourced outside the Temples ranges from poor woman being forced to sell their hair to woman being attacked by for their hair.
We want our customers to not just view us as a manufacturer of quality extensions; we want our customers to view us as a reliable source of information and product support. We want our customers to view us as industry experts that are not only on the forefront of the hair extension industry but are here to address all of their concerns, even those not necessarily involving our products.
We believe premium extensions means more than 100% Remy Human hair. It means manufacturing, sourcing and customer service that is both industry leading and able to standup to the highest ethical standards. It means providing our customers with a level of transparency that few companies offer. We work everyday to ensure the principles that our family owned and run company were founded upon remain as our controlling philosophy as we continue to grow.
